How to submit a complaint
Netith Care S.r.l., pays constant attention to the needs of Customers and End Users: any expression of dissatisfaction is respected, appreciated and valued as an opportunity to analyse our work, in order to identify and correct any causes of inefficiency. Each complaint is received constructively and considered with the utmost care.
Contents of the complaint
Customers and Users may submit their complaints in writing, indicating, in addition to the description of the facts, any useful reference (name and surname, contact details, etc.) to identify the complainant and describe the circumstances.

Complaints must be submitted through only one of the following alternative channels:
